Do you have wholesale prices?

Yes, we do. If you have a shop, restaurant, you are a food stylist, photographer…or you are interested on any of our products for a food event please send us an email at  : info@parament-shop.com and we will contact you as soon as possible. 

What is your return policy?

Our objective is that you will be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return your order within 14 days of receipt.

You may return your order or exchange your order for a new product. Returns for a full refund are not possible for items without their original packaging or those not in perfect condition. Once we have received your returned order and reviewed it, a refund will be made (refunds will always be made by the same method as original payment). The cost of shipping an order for return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.

In case you receive the wrong product or a damaged product, the exchange or return will take place at no cost to the customer and parament-shop.com will pay for return shipping costs. Reimbursement (after revision of the product) or exchange will take place as soon as possible.

If you wish to exchange or return any product delivered to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside of Spain, parament-shop.com will not be held responsible for tariffs or taxes incurred. By law, we exclude all warranties, except those that may not lawfully be rescinded from consumers and users.

Which is the delivery cost?

For peninsular Spain shipping orders we offer the following flat rate:

  • 4,9 € for standard delivery
  • 9 € for express delivery

For International orders delivery costs are calculated automatically according to the place of delivery, the weight and the total volume of the ordered articles, in order to ensure you as fair a cost as possible.

For each order, we indicate the exact amount of the delivery costs to you once you have selected the address of delivery and the means of transport, before the confirmation of your order.

How does your shipping work?

You can choose the method of delivery of your order (standard or express). It may take 1-2 days to process your order. Receipt of a  “Shipping Confirmation” email will inform you that your package has left our warehouse. Orders with Delivery:

  • 24h express delivery available only in peninsular Spain.
  • 2-3 day standard delivery available in peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands.
  • 3-4 day express delivery available to Europe and the rest of the world.
  • 8-12 day standard delivery available to Europe and the rest of the world. 

These shipping speeds apply only in the case of products in stock. They are not valid for made to order products or for those that disclose longer shipping times. If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will make another attempt, without additional costs. If it still not possible to deliver, the carrier will leave a notice (as long as access is possible) indicating where it will be possible to collect the item within 15 days. In this case we would contact you and give you the option to agree a new delivery date, if desired, with new shipping costs borne by the customer.

If you would like a specific delivery date, different from those listed and/or specific terms of delivery (for example: an order that is a gift and without an invoice), you may contact us by email.

Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

The order may be subject to international taxes and customs fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. Parament-shop.com is not responsible for these costs.

You may track your order via a tracking number that will be sent to you in the order confirmation.

How can I pay?

You can process your order by credit card or debit card (Visa or MasterCard) or using PayPal (at no additional cost). Once payment is made, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of purchase.

The credit card online payment will take place through Redsys security system. Through our virtual TPV you connect directly with the bank, and we will have no knowledge of the data on your card.

How can I order?

All orders for products are subject to availability. If a product is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible about its availability. Once a sale is finalized through payment, you will receive an email confirmation with “ Order Confirmation” in the subject line (orders can take place through prior registration or without registration)

What can I buy at parament-shop.com?

t parament-shop.com you can buy not only “by item” but also “by kit” ( that means the whole look). Each product has been designed within a concrete mood and carefully made.

Our product is a mix of classics, small producers pieces and local craftsmen collaborations . As a result, you can find unique products that may vary slightly (in texture, grain, color).

All orders for products are subject to availability. If a product is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible about its availability. All prices are in Euros and include VAT, unless indicated otherwise.
